Vesper is a native iOS app for Amazon Vine members to browse their Vine queues. If you need help or have a question, you can reach us by email.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
- How do I sign in?
- Tap "Sign in with Amazon" on the home screen. You sign in directly through Amazon's website inside the app. Vesper never sees or stores your password.
- Why do I need to sign in again?
- Your Amazon session may expire over time. If this happens, Vesper will prompt you to sign in again. This is normal Amazon session behavior.
- Does Vesper store my Amazon credentials?
- No. Your Amazon session is handled entirely by Apple's built-in WebView. Vesper cannot access your username, password, or session tokens.
- What data does Vesper collect?
- Vesper collects anonymous crash reports only (via Sentry) to help fix bugs. No analytics, no tracking, no advertising. All browsing data stays on your device. See our Privacy Policy for details.
- How do I try the app without an Amazon Vine account?
- Tap "Try Demo" on the home screen to explore the app with sample data. Demo mode requires no sign-in and makes no network requests.
- Can I change the app's appearance?
- Yes. Go to Settings to choose from five color palettes, switch between light and dark mode, and select Regular or Compact grid density.
- How do I order an item?
- Tap any item card to open it. The item's Amazon Vine page opens inside the app, where you can tap "See details" and then use Amazon's own order interface.
- Why does a queue show "Amazon may have changed their page"?
- This means the app could not parse the queue page. Amazon may have updated their page layout. Check for an app update, or contact us if the issue persists.
- How do I delete my data?
- All data is stored on your device. Uninstall the app or clear its storage through iOS Settings to remove everything. No server-side data exists to delete.
- Is Vesper affiliated with Amazon?
- No. Vesper is an independent third-party app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.
